Answer First Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Tannto does not hold itself out as an investment firm, corporate-finance adviser, broker, placement agent or other regulated financial-services provider.

Transaction principals and their appointed legal, financial, tax, accounting and other professional advisers retain all investment judgement, valuation, structuring, diligence, negotiation, documentation and execution responsibility.
Services supplied by Answer First Limited are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service. A regulated client’s own services may be subject to separate protections; those protections should be confirmed directly with that firm.
