I’m Debasien Magyar Schenk. I built Tannto because most AI sales work stops in the wrong place: a clever demo, a brittle automation, or a cold email campaign that burns trust faster than it creates pipeline.
The work I care about is quieter and more useful. Research that happens before a rep opens the CRM. Follow-up that never gets forgotten. Reply triage that keeps good conversations moving. Re-engagement that runs for months, not days. Infrastructure that lets a small team run a much larger commercial motion without handing the market to a volume shop.
The market has given buyers good reasons to be sceptical. AI agencies often ship demos that never become systems. Cold-email providers often optimise for output instead of reputation, timing, or commercial quality. Tannto exists for the version that actually does the work: systems that run in production, improve with use, and put real opportunities in front of the humans best placed to handle them.
I keep the client roster deliberately small. I sit on discovery calls, research each business before we speak, and review every Sales OS before it ships. The standard is simple: if the system is not helping create pipeline, meetings, or revenue, it is not finished.
Fit criteria
Tannto works with B2B companies across the UK, US, and EU. The most common engagements are with founders, sales leaders, and managing partners at companies doing £1M to £50M in annual revenue, with established demand and a manual sales function that won’t scale further on hires alone.
