Setup and build
Email infrastructure provisioned in week one. Around 90 dedicated mailboxes across multiple sending domains, none of which carry the PartnerBridge brand, so a deliverability problem on a sending domain never touches the main one. 25 sends per mailbox per day, capped. Mailboxes warmed across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for three weeks before any cold send went out. Full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication on every domain. In parallel: a custom buying-signal engine built around partner-org buying patterns; AI personalisation drafted, voiced for PartnerBridge's brand, and run through a humaniser layer that strips every AI tell; targeting locked in writing (Heads of Partnerships, Channel and Alliances Directors, and VP-level GTM at MarTech and AdTech SaaS in the UK and US).
